Barbados is an island popular for romance, whether it be for a destination wedding, honeymoon, or couple’s escape. What better way to celebrate than at an adults only, all-inclusive resort. There aren’t many on the island, but there is a variety in what’s offered at these resorts:
Sandals Barbados

Best for: Traditional all-inclusive
Location: South coast, near St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins Fish Fry
Highlights: New resort with lots of room and dining options
Sandals Barbados made a big splash into the Barbados all-inclusive market when it debuted in January 2015. On an island known for more boutique-style resorts, the resort is a good option for travelers seeking a traditional all-inclusive experience.
Sandals brings its usual touches to Barbados, including swim-out suites, specialty restaurants, and a Red Lane Spa. The resort already has expansion plans, including the addition of 186 rooms, a larger spa, and new entertainment facilities.
The Club Barbados Resort & Spa

Best for: Relaxed island vibe
Location: West coast, near Holetown and Bridgetown
Highlights: Intimate atmosphere near great beaches
At The Club Barbados, you won’t find rowdy wedding parties or get elbowed at the swim-up bar. Instead, this charming all-inclusive resort has a peaceful island vibe that’s perfect for romance. Couples can relax at the beach or pool by day, enjoy beautiful sunsets with rum drink in hand during happy hour, and relax at the piano bar for late-night entertainment.
The Club Barbados has two restaurants, a rum bar, and plenty of onsite water sports like snorkeling and kayaking.
Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa

Best for: Casual
Location: Northwest coast, near Speightstown and St. Peter Parish
Highlights: Exotic grounds with roaming wildlife and two pools
Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa isn’t a traditional all-inclusive beach resort – it’s located on a scenic hill, a shuttle-ride away from the beach, and has an all-inclusive or room-only option.
What’s great about this resort it its intimate and exotic feel, with beautifully landscaped gardens, an onsite art gallery, and roaming wildlife. Guest rooms range from one- and two-bedroom suites to penthouse and private villas.
