Hyatt, which quietly entered the all-inclusive market last fall with the transformation of Barcelo Los Cabos and Royal Cancun is now pushing full-steam ahead in Mexico and the Caribbean with its two new brands: Hyatt Zilara adults-only resorts and Hyatt Ziva resorts for families.

The most notable project is the addition of both Zilara and Ziva properties at the former Ritz Carlton Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The resorts strive to stand out in this all-inclusive hot spot by improving customer service, coordinating local activities beyond the one-size-fits-all excursion, and offering innovative dining options like a Brazilian steakhouse.

The Jamaica resorts also feature a larger beach and swim-out suite options.

The resorts opened in December 2014.
