An adults-only poolscape and modern guest rooms are highlights of the chic new resort.
The Coral Towers at Atlantis, Paradise Island are getting a major renovation and will reopen as The Corals Atlantis, a new modern hotel expected to appeal to couples and young adults.
Highlights of the renovation include an adults-only pool with cabanas, floating daybeds and a live DJ. Known as the Blu Pool, it will have a similar design as The Cove’s chic adult-only poolscape.
Rooms at the Coral Towers will be updated with gray tile flooring, mahogany furniture, modern white bedding, and textured headboards. Bathrooms and hotel corridors will also be getting makeovers.
This initial phase of renovations is slated to be complete by spring 2017. During this initial renovation, some rooms, lobby, and guest amenities will remain opened and operational.
Atlantis, Paradise Island is a unique, ocean-themed destination located on Paradise Island, The Bahamas, and features a variety of accommodations, all built around a 141-acre waterscape comprised of over 20 million gallons of fresh and saltwater lagoons, pools and habitats.
