The highly anticipated Baha Mar has announced the first four signature restaurants planned for the mega-resort, which is slated to open this spring. The Baha Mar restaurants will strive to offer “superior dining, world-class service, and authentic Bahamian charm, according to Sarkis Izmirlian, Baha Mar’s Chairman and CEO.

Here is a sneak peek at the restaurants, which are just the first of 40 planned for the property:

Deuce. Named for being the second location of Bone’s, an award-winning Atlanta steakhouse, Deuce will serve fine steaks, chops and seafood. Deuce will be the largest restaurant at Baha Mar, with over 350 seats, private dining rooms, and a mezzanine and patio area.

Katsuya. This will be Katsuya’s eighth location. The established Asian restaurant is popular for classic Japanese cuisine, cocktails, and sushi, and is a celebrity hotspot with locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, South Beach and Dubai.

Brasserie des Arts. This posh restaurant and lounge will be modeled after other locations in Brazil and France, serving fine cuisine created by classically trained French chefs. Brasserie Des Arts will have 200 seats, with indoor and outdoor seating extending to a terrace overlooking the beach, and a DJ for late night entertainment.

Shuang Ba. Shuang Ba will serve classic and modern Chinese cuisine in a warm setting of rich woods, and gold and jade elements. The restaurant’s 88 seats – meant to signify double fortune – are set around large circular dining tables and in private dining salons.
