Hearts were broken a few months ago when Florida newcomer Bungalows Key Largo suffered a fire and was forced to close. The gorgeous adults-only resort on Coconut Beach in Key Largo was touted as the only all-inclusive resort in the Florida Keys.

Fortunately, the resort has announced a reopening date, and it’s just in time for winter travel — December 2019!

None of the resort’s 135 private bungalows were damaged in the fire. The fire destroyed the main building, which housed public facilities like the lobby, spa and restaurant.

Bungalows Key Largo opened to fanfare last December as a luxury adults-only, all-inclusive resort on Key Largo, with perks like outdoor soaking tubs in each bungalow, a food truck and Peloton spin bikes.
