Divi Southwinds Beach Resort in Barbados has a new PureOcean beachside restaurant, featuring local seafood and Bajan-themed cuisine like jerk sliders, smoked shrimp and banana coladas. The restaurant uses organic herbs and vegetables from the resort’s own greenhouse.

Diving for Dinner in Bonaire

Divi Flamingo Beach Resort in Bonaire is taking advantage of lionfish overpopulation by organizing lionfish hunting expeditions for diving enthusiasts. The divers’ catch is then cooked up at the resort’s restaurant. Kids get in on the fun too – the resort provides a junior open water certification course for children 10 years and older.

Snorkeling in St. Maarten

Divi Little Bay Resort in St. Maarten has added a three-hour snorkel boat tour exploring the St. Maarten coastline to its list of water activities. Other resort highlights include healthier dining options and stylish new cabanas and day beds near the pool.

New Spa in Aruba

Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort in Aruba has a new, larger Hamman spa. Guests can enjoy one of 11 treatment rooms, or choose a massage al fresco.
