A luxury Andaz resort is coming to the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay is expected to open in 2021, marking the high-end Andaz brand’s first property in the Caribbean.
Located along famed Grace Bay Beach next to the Bight Reef, the resort will be a mix of 59-hotel rooms and 74 residences, located in two buildings.
Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay will include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses with four bedrooms. Residential owners will have the option to participate in a hotel rental program, managed by Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay.
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will be situated on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, next to the Bight Reef.
Amenities will be shared between the two buildings. These include four restaurants and bars, a gym, an outdoor garden yoga studio and a full-service spa.
