Luxury Overwater Villas Coming to Panama

Overwater villas with private pools are coming to the Caribbean coast of Panama. The new luxury resort, Viceroy Bocas del Toro Panama will be located on a small archipelago just off Panama’s coast, and will be accessible only by boat, seaplane or helicopter.

The resort is scheduled to open in 2019 with 186 guest rooms, including 42 overwater villas complete with private plunge pools and decks with direct access to the ocean.

Viceroy Bocas del Toro Panama will also feature eight restaurants and lounges, ranging from a casual beach grill to upscale dining. There will also be a spa, gym, movie theater and meeting space.

Bocos del Toro is home to a rainforest and diverse tropical reef, so guests will be able to enjoy excellent snorkeling, paddle boarding, bird-watching, bicycling and hiking.
