Sunscape Resorts, the family-friendly arm of resort brand AMResorts, has announced plans to launch Sunscape Montego Bay in late 2015. This will be AMResorts’ first family-friendly resort in Jamaica, joining sisters Secrets St. James Montego Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay located right next door.
The resort is currently operated by Sunset Beach Resort, Spa and Water Park, and will remain open during renovations.
New features will include swim-out suites, a limitless food and drink program, family-friendly amenities like connecting rooms and a special kids club, and the addition of Preferred Club, the brand’s loyalty program.
The property is comprised of 430 rooms across two towers, and also includes a large water park, on-site casino and spa.
