Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has opened a new resort on Ambergris Caye in Belize. The new Turtle Island Beach Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham features eight beach houses, five pet-friendly villas with private pools, and the signature Turtle Island Restaurant.

The new resort’s villas offer two bedrooms with a full kitchen, terrace and a private pool ideal for enjoying sunset, while the beach houses feature one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a thatched roof, offering the best sunrise views.

The resort’s location near the stunning Belize Barrier reef makes it a prime spot for water sports. Guests can enjoy complimentary kayak and paddleboard experiences right at the resort’s beach, or world-class snorkeling and diving expeditions at the nearby Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Mexico Rocks.

Additional highlights of Turtle Island Beach Resort include an infinity pool, spa, fitness center, beach bar, and a turtle sanctuary lagoon where turtles are nurtured back to health.

Ambergris Caye is a large island, located just off the coast of Belize. The resort offers a quick five-minute, complimentary boat transfer for guests from San Pedro Town.

The new Belize resort participates in Wyndham Rewards®, allowing guests to earn and redeem points at thousands of hotels, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals worldwide.
