Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island is a destination in itself, with more than 35 restaurants, bars and lounges, 6 different hotels and villas onsite, and a seemingly endless waterpark sprawled over 141 acres.
In addition to the waterpark, the resort is also home to the largest open-air marine exhibit in the world, supervised kids’ camps, and a teen-only nightclub. It’s an ideal resort for families who are looking for a variety of ways to keep their kids entertained.
For couples, there’s the Cove, an adults-only hotel with a separate pool and beach club.
The resort also includes an 18-hole golf course, full-service spa, and the largest casino in the Caribbean.
The resort offers a number of different room options, from the more budget-friendly Beach Tower to the apartment-style suites at the Reef Tower.
Here is an overview of the different accommodations:
Beach Tower (Value) and Coral Towers (Moderate)
Each of these towers were separate hotels in a former life, so expect casual, family-friendly style rooms decorated in caribbean colors. Beach Tower is the most budget-friendly, and a good choice for those seeking beachfront accommodations. Coral Towers are centrally located with easy access to shopping, dining, the casino, and many of the resort’s water attractions. The Coral Towers are getting a major update and will relaunch as The Corals Atlantis.
The Royal Towers (Deluxe)
The Royal Towers make up the iconic image of Atlantis: two large towers connected by a bridge suite, ranked as one of the world’s most expensive hotel suites. Accommodations range from terrace-view guest rooms to different size suites. Location is everything here, with easy access to the casino, water park and spa.
Harborside Resort (Moderate)
Harborside is a collection of villas featuring kitchens or kitchenettes, with a harbor-front restaurant, pool area including a children’s pool with water fountains, a fitness facility, a sundry store, and all-day shuttle service around Atlantis.
The Reef (Luxury)
The Reef consists of condo-style residences situated directly on Paradise Beach, with a semi-private pool and all-day shuttle service around Atlantis.
The Cove (Luxury)
Opened in 2007, The Cove is all about indulgence and sophistication. While the hotel is family-friendly, there is an exclusive adults-only pool with private cabanas, offered only to guests of The Cove. Guests can also enjoy Bobby Flay’s signature restaurant, luxurious oceanfront suites, and a variety of bars, lounges and nightclubs.
