Hacienda Tamarindo is an adults-only resort on Vieques, an island off the east coast of Puerto Rico. The intimate, 17-room property is perched on a hilltop over the island, and has an ancient tamarind tree rising three stories through the lobby.

The resort is located on a beach that’s great for beachcombing and strolling. True swimming beaches are just a five-minute drive away, the closest being Sun Bay.
