Rosewood Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands has been closed since late April in order to undergo a major refurbishment project. The luxury resort now has a scheduled opening date: December 2017.

What can you expect to see at the renovated resort? In addition to a complete redesign of the resort’s guest rooms and suites, brand new signature suites will be introduced. These new one-bedroom suites will be located on the western side of the resort and will feature private plunge pools overlooking Little Dix Bay.

Three new two-bedroom suites will also be added, which will be located just steps from the beach.

Rosewood Little Dix Bay’s three restaurants will also be updated. Beach Grill will be rebuilt with an open kitchen, while the indoor/outdoor dining areas at The Pavilion and Sugar Mill will be expanded.

Additional updates will be made to the resort’s ground and landscaping, including new lighting, signage, and improved access to Little Dix Bay beach.
