Karisma Hotels & Resorts is adding overwater bungalows to the adults-only El Dorado Maroma in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The new bungalows are the first overwater suites in the region, and will be available for stays beginning this September.

The 30 new bungalows will have glass-bottom floors, whirlpool tubs for two, and spacious decks with private infinity pools, outdoor showers, and ladders for plunges into the warm sea.

Guests booking these new overwater suites will also be able to enjoy butler service, 24-hour room service, and other perks like exclusive beach beds and custom beach picnics.

El Dorado Maroma is also adding an overwater restaurant and spa to the collection of bungalows. The restaurant, Over Water Ocean Grill & Wine Bar will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and features a private dining room with a glass floor for special events.

Guests have access to all amenities at El Dorado Maroma, including three pools, six restaurants, four bars, and activities like yoga, cooking lessons, and kayaking.

The new Riviera Mayan overwater bungalows are now available for bookings, with rates starting at $665 per person, per night.
