The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico is ready to celebrate the holidays with exciting events for guests of all ages.
From Thanksgiving through New Year’s, the resort will host “The House of Celebration,” which includes the resort’s famous traditions like champagne sabrage (a dramatic technique of opening a champagne bottle with a sword), afternoon tea, and Bloody Mary cocktails.
Holiday Food Events at St. Regis
One of the season’s highlights will be the transformation of the Estate Lawn into a festive dining area. Under a large tent, guests can enjoy foods from Spain, France, and America. The special food events include:

- Burger Pop-Up & Ocean Lab Craft Beer: Enjoy gourmet burgers with house-made patties and local craft beers.
- A La Brasa Grill: Prime beef tomahawks and grilled vegetables served with Ron del Barrilito cocktails.
- Champagne Soirée Under the Stars: A fancy picnic with cheeses, meats, and sweet treats.
At Turtle’s Nest Beach Bar, guests can taste more local dishes, such as:
- Piñones Inspired Local Bites & Coconut Rum Bar: Puerto Rican fritters and cocktails made with local rum.
- Ceviche & Crudo Bar: Fresh ceviches and crudos made by the resort’s Peruvian chef.
- Tacos & Tequila: Mexican tacos with meat cooked on a spit.
- Fresh Catch: Locally caught seafood prepared simply.
There will also be a Kenroku-En Sushi Pop-Up on the Casa Grande terrace, offering a Japanese-inspired dining experience.
Fun for Families
Families can enjoy a beachfront New Year’s Eve celebration on the Estate Lawn, with a Raw Bar, live chef stations, and gourmet dishes. Kids will love the PJ Fun Night Slumber Party, where they can watch movies in their pajamas.
Other family activities include:
- Visits to the Petting Zoo & Dog Shelter: Guests can visit the petting zoo and learn about the resort’s dog rescue project, supported by the Soul of Bahia Foundation.
- Gingerbread Workshop: Families can make a gingerbread village that looks like the hotel.
- Young Doughmaster’s Pizza Workshop: Kids can learn how to make pizza with the help of the resort’s chefs (parents are required to join).
