Riu Negril reopens after being completely remodeled
Riu Negril in Jamaica has just reopened its doors following an extensive renovation. The resort now has a more modern style and offers its guests new restaurants, updated guest rooms, and a remodeled lobby.
Highlights of the renovations include a new play area for children, including a pool with water slides. There is also a new adults-only pool.
Riu Negril also has new dining and bar options. Mandalay is the resort’s new Asian offering, and Kulinarium is a new Caribbean fusion restaurant that uses local produce. There is also a new sports bar open 24 hours a day.
Riu currently has five hotels in Jamaica – two in Negril, two in Montego Bay and another in Ocho Rios. All of the hotels have 24 hour all-inclusive service.
